Paul Sande is the Principal of Asset Conveyancing. He has worked in the property industry for more than 40 years and has been a licensed conveyancer since 1984.
Experience
Paul’s career spans more than four decades of property transactions. He is a former Senior Examiner at the Land Titles Office in South Australia, the government office responsible for examining and registering dealings with land. That role gave him first-hand knowledge of how transfers, mortgages and other documents are assessed for registration, and the issues that cause them to be rejected or delayed.
He holds a conveyancer’s licence in numerous states, which allows the firm to act for clients buying and selling outside South Australia.

What Paul handles
Paul acts on all types of property transactions, from vacant land to major developments. This includes residential and rural property, commercial and industrial property, strata and community title, and off the plan purchases.
He also handles interstate matters, where a client in one state is buying or selling in another and needs a conveyancer licensed for that jurisdiction. His background at the Land Titles Office is particularly relevant to matters involving easements, caveats and covenants, subdivisions and other title questions.
Workshops and presentations
Paul presents workshops to investors, mortgage brokers and real estate agents. These sessions explain the conveyancing process and the contract and title issues that affect the people who buy, finance and sell property.
Outside work
Away from the office, Paul enjoys golf, food and wine, and is a supporter of the Adelaide Crows.
