Shauna Grivell is a Licensed Conveyancer at Asset Conveyancing. She has worked in conveyancing since 2008 and acts on property transactions across all states in which the firm operates.
Experience
Shauna has been working in conveyancing since 2008. Over that time she has handled transactions for individual buyers and sellers as well as for developer clients.
Her work includes handling the settlements for a major subdivision development in Melbourne on behalf of a developer client. Projects of this kind involve many separate sales running to the same project timetable, with each settlement depending on the new titles being issued and the contract conditions being met.

What Shauna handles
Shauna works on matters in every state the firm covers: South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania. Each state has its own contract forms, disclosure rules, cooling-off provisions and land registry requirements, and she manages those differences for clients buying or selling outside their home state. For a buyer in Adelaide purchasing in Melbourne, or an investor buying in several states, that means one conveyancer who understands the requirements in each jurisdiction.
Her matters include:
- residential buying and selling, including first home purchases
- strata and community title property
- off the plan purchases and sales
- subdivision and development settlements for developer clients
- interstate transactions settled electronically through PEXA
As with every matter at the firm, a client whose file is delegated to Shauna deals with her from start to completion.
Outside work
Shauna is a West Coast Eagles fan and supports the Nairne Bremer football club.
