What should you include in your enquiry?
Include the property details, your role in the transaction and any dates you already know. Specifically:
- Property address, including the state it is in
- Whether you are buying or selling, and the property type (for example house, unit, vacant land, off the plan or commercial)
- Contract status: not yet signed, signed, or still being negotiated
- Key dates, such as an auction date, the end of the cooling-off period, finance or other condition dates, and the proposed settlement date
If you have already signed a contract, tell us straight away. Some conditions and cooling-off periods run for only a short time, and the rules differ by state.
What happens after you contact us?
- We reply. We review your enquiry and contact you, asking for anything else we need to understand the transaction.
- We give you a quote. The quote is based on your property, your state and the work your transaction involves.
- We confirm engagement. Once you accept, we confirm our engagement and the qualified professional managing your matter takes it from there through to settlement.
Where is our office?
Our head office is at Level 2, 300 Flinders St, Adelaide SA 5000. We also have virtual offices in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia, and we act on transactions in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania. Because we settle electronically through PEXA, you do not need to visit an office for us to act on your matter.
